1 General Terms & Conditions

333vd (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions apply to the 333vd website (333vd.pro) and all services offered under it.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

• The minimum single deposit amount is BDT 100.

• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from 333vd:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3–5 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• 333vd reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering verification for large withdrawal amounts.

333vd does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, if the payment operator applies their own charges, those will be deducted accordingly.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

333vd regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit for new members, up to a maximum of BDT 5,000. A 30x wagering requirement applies.

• Cashback: A set percentage of weekly losses is returned as cashback.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.

In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 333vd shall be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Closure & Suspension

333vd may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• While an investigation is ongoing for security reasons.
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, provided no terms have been violated.

9 Limitation of Liability

333vd is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses from gaming — gaming is inherently risky and the possibility of losing money always exists.
• Game cancellation due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized third-party access to your account — keeping your password secure is the user's responsibility.
